Please read these Terms of Service carefully before using the EDUMS platform. These terms govern your use of our service and constitute a legally binding agreement between you and EDUMS.
By accessing or using the EDUMS platform ("Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, you may not use the Service. These Terms apply to all users of the Service, including education center administrators, teachers, students, parents, and any other individuals accessing the platform.
EDUMS is a comprehensive education management platform that provides: • Student enrollment and profile management • Attendance tracking and grade management • Payment processing and financial reporting • Timetable and scheduling management • Communication tools (Telegram integration, notifications) • Analytics and reporting dashboards • AI-assisted features for scheduling and insights We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the Service at any time with reasonable notice.
To use EDUMS you must create an account. You agree to: • Provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration • Maintain the security of your password and accept responsibility for all activity under your account • Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account • Not share account credentials with unauthorized individuals You are solely responsible for all activity that occurs under your account. EDUMS is not liable for any loss resulting from unauthorized use of your account.
EDUMS offers Free, Pro, and Enterprise subscription tiers. • Free tier: subject to usage limits as described on our pricing page • Paid subscriptions: billed monthly or annually as selected; prices are in USD • Annual plans: discounted rate; paid upfront for the full year • Upgrades: take effect immediately; you are charged the prorated difference • Downgrades: take effect at the end of your current billing period • Cancellation: you may cancel at any time; access continues until period end • Refunds: we offer a 14-day money-back guarantee on first-time Pro subscriptions We reserve the right to change prices with 30 days' notice. Continued use after the price change constitutes acceptance.
You agree not to use EDUMS to: • Violate any applicable laws or regulations • Upload or transmit viruses or malicious code • Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the Service • Collect or harvest user data without consent • Use the Service to spam, harass, or harm others • Reverse-engineer, decompile, or disassemble the platform • Use automated scrapers or bots without prior written permission Violation of these terms may result in immediate account suspension without refund.
You retain ownership of all data you enter into EDUMS, including student records, course content, and organizational data ("Your Data"). You grant EDUMS a limited license to store, process, and display Your Data solely for the purpose of providing the Service to you. Upon account termination, you may export Your Data within 30 days. After 30 days, data may be deleted from our systems. We are not responsible for data loss after this period.
The EDUMS platform, including its source code, design, trademarks, and content (excluding Your Data), is owned by EDUMS and protected by intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or create derivative works based on the platform without our written permission. The EDUMS name and logo are registered trademarks.
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, EDUMS AND ITS AFFILIATES SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR: • Indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages • Loss of profits, revenue, data, or business opportunities • Damages resulting from unauthorized access to your account • Service interruptions or performance issues beyond our reasonable control Our total liability for any claim arising under these Terms shall not exceed the amount you paid for the Service in the 12 months preceding the claim.
The Service is provided "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement. We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or completely secure. You use the Service at your own risk.
Either party may terminate these Terms at any time. You may terminate by deleting your account and ceasing use of the Service. We may terminate or suspend your account immediately if you violate these Terms. Upon termination, your right to use the Service ceases immediately. Provisions that by their nature should survive termination will do so, including sections on data ownership, intellectual property, and limitation of liability.
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Uzbekistan. Any disputes arising under these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Tashkent, Uzbekistan. For international users, we will make reasonable efforts to resolve disputes amicably before resorting to formal legal proceedings.
We reserve the right to update these Terms at any time. We will provide at least 30 days' notice of material changes via email or prominent platform notification. Your continued use of the Service after the effective date of changes constitutes your acceptance of the new Terms. If you do not agree to the new Terms, you must stop using the Service.
